What is the difference between Pinsa and Pizza ?

Whell.The differences between pinsa's and pizza's are a lot.

Some of those are :

a.) The dough haw three different kind of flour. Rice flour , Soybean flour and wheat flour

b.) Too Slow proofingof dough .It takes about 36 to 72 hours !!

c.) Cooking at low temperature in two times procedure

d.) You can eat it with fresh materials ,such as fresh mozzarela

buratta ,eruca ,fresh tomatoes etc .

e.) Becouse of the is allready cooked as you add the materrials

no wetness flows in the dough. That makes easier digestion
